SOJ Aguirre swears allegiance to PDP-LABAN

Justice Secretary Vitaliano N. Aguirre II took his oath of allegiance to the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas Ng Bayan (PDP-LABAN) before newly-elected Senate President Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III at the Senate of the Philippines, Pasay City.

Apart from the Secretary, officers from other parties, likewise, took their oath to the PDP-LABAN, attended by several DOJ officials.

After the oath-taking ceremony, the Secretary and the Senate President conducted a meeting to establish cooperation and understanding for a "mutually working team" to uplift the countrys' administration of justice.

Both the Secretary and the Senate President agreed to fully support the new administration.

"We can easily achieve progress in unity, the Department strongly commits itself to the vision, mission, plans and agenda of the Duterte administration in serving the Filipino people effectively and efficiently," Secretary Aguirre underscored.

"Indeed, Change is here," added the Secretary.
